Lock option doesn’t seems to be working

Hi,
On one of my downloads, I put a lock option as a Facebook page like. When I click on the download, the dialogue page pops up and asks me to like the page. After liking, nothing happens, The pages get the like. I have to manually close the Facebook page like a dialogue box. But the lock option still asks me to like the Facebook page. When I close the lock option, still nothing happens.

I presume after clicking on the like button of Facebook, the page needs to close automatically and allow the download. But it doesn’t.
Can you please look at this?

Hello Habib,

I see in the provided link,
“No preview available file is in owner’s trash.”
You can record the issue using tool like this

However, it would be helpful if you provide related package link and temporary admin access of your website in a private reply. It will help us to solve the issue quickly.
