In the setting I can not select any base country and below in Allowed Countries I only see Select All/None.
When I try to order something then I also can not select any country in the cart and when I try to checkout the country is needed
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.
Still not working on my side at least in Firefox
