Link templates not working in widgets

Suddenly (after last upgrade? I’m not sure) Link Template option stopped working in all widgets that includes it. Now the drop-down list is empty! ๐Ÿ™ All widget visualization options have changed to default.

I hope this capture is useful. As you can see, drop-down list is empty.
