Link expired error

Hi,

I have a password protected file which sometimes appears to return a link-expired.txt error.

I updated WordPress and WPDM to the latest versions and after some testing I have found that:

Firefox on Mac = OK
Safari on Mac = OK
Chrome on Windows = ERROR
Explorer on Windows = OK
Edge on Windows = OK
Firefox on Android = was giving ERROR but appears to be fixed after the updates.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I’m sorry but it is still not working for me.

Just to confirm. The one that fails is a Windows machine and the browser is Chrome.

please check my attached video, I have checked with chrome browser and windows operating system too,

it is working fine from my side

I can see that it works for you. The truth is that even thought I do still get the error I haven’t gotten new complaints from users so that is good enough for me. If I do get more complaints I will try and get their system info to help troubleshoot and maybe I can get back to you again.
