Link after the download limit is exceeded

Hi,
Some time ago I have installed Download Manager.I have a question about the file download limit.
After exceeded the limit of download, I would like there to appear another window with information (that the limit has been reached) or redirection to the specified site. Not like now when you get a blank page with short info.
