Hello,
In table view I get this line appearing under the file name. When I disable Bootstrap.css the whole file name background changes to that same grey colour. Please see the creen cap of both situations. Any help would be really appreciated, I would just like to get rid of that grey line if possible.

Add following css at the bottom of your theme’s style.css file,
.w3eden .package-title { border: none; }
