License (WPDM Pro) expired but paid for since 2017

Hi,
We bought WPDM Pro in 2017 and renewed the license every year since. However, the plugin on our site says that the license is expired and we can’t get it working again. An update from an our old version 6.3.6 to 6.5.0 is not possible, most likely due to a missing license. When I try to enter the original license key it is marked as invalid. Fun fact: I can’t access the pro-user forum on this site as well due to an expired license.
Could you have a look, please?

Hi,

Fixed the order status issue. Now you can download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases

If you face a license-related issue please check the linked site from your order details page. You have to unlock the license from the old site when moving the license to a new domain.

Also, your pro-forum access has been activated.
