hi there. Our license key does not work anymore although the invoice has been paid. Can you please help us? Auto renew also not working. Thanks!

Problem is: as soon as I click on the “renew” button at the order details page, I get kicked out of the account to a page where I should pay again. What I will not do, as I already paid for the license… also: in our wordpress plugin section is no possibility to renew/update the plugin.
Problem 2: if I use my licenxe key in wordpress it says: invalid.
