Hello,
I purchased a license for Download Manager Pro v4.7 and used it on my website, but when I want to use the plugin it today, it redirects me to the license page.

Are you using licence to a single site only?
Are there any error appear or any log? Or just redirected to license page?

Please provide more details to understand the problem.

I’m using the license on a single site (partitions-de-piano.fr) There are no error messages, I’m just redirected to the license page.

Hi,
How long have you purchased the Download Manager Pro Licence?
First, go to your Download Area https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/, then click ‘DOWNLOAD‘ button to see order details. You will find license key there. Check the following screenshot,

Now you can put this license key in Downloads Settings License tab.

That’s all.

To get access to update you need to renew the order. However, please give me your order ID in a private reply to find your license key.
