Hi,
it seems that one of the latest updates has overwritten the display settings.
On various websites, dark blue and green text now appear in some of the download boxes!
bye

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please share related URL in a private reply to check the issue?

Kindly try changing the Color Scheme to Light from here: Downloads > Settings > User Interface > Color Scheme
Hi,
thank you – I wanted to try this out, but then I noticed that the settings area is displayed incorrectly.
However, this is not the case for all websites; for some, the CSS does not seem to be loading correctly in the backend for WPDM.
For the websites where it is correct, I was able to change it and it looks better again, but it does not seem to be the original settings!
bye
Stefano
The settings and front-end UI have been updated in the most recent releases.
Could you please share the login credentials in a private reply so I can check how the settings are appearing?
Sorry, that’s not possible, have to ask clients cause privacy!
What about screenshots?
I have now tested different browsers, and the display error with the broken backend view does not occur in Chrome. So it seems to be a Firefox caching problem for me.
One less problem 🙂
Still same problem, customers report, that the custom style is gone/overwritten :/
Please explain a bit more about the problem. Is it related to dark/light mode or any custom CSS ?
We have improved the light/dark mode support in the latest update.
In the past I setup different style for the several websites in the userinterface settings.
Since the known update, they are gone/reset and the quick fix, was to choose e.g. the light scheme.
So all the settings are gone and i have to set it up again or are they still somewhre in the settings/database?
