I have had this issue before whereby a license key has expired. The version being run is v3.3 due to the age of the system utilised but every now and again it prevents use of the plug-in which is used extensively.
Can you please provide PM contact details so I can share the key. I believe it is the Pro version but my personal pro support has expired…

Only support and update access expires, key never expires. Please give me your key and temporary wp admin login info in a private reply.

I’m also having the problem that my key is invalid all of a sudden.
(Download Manager 3.3.5 with WordPress 4.2.2)

I have previously stated that the install is on an Intranet and I cannot provide a temporary login. Please see this message thread. I also stated that we have had this issue occur at least twice before and that it has been fixed.
You have received the key in a previous PM.
We have also purchased a new license key – JUST to obtain further support to fix this issue that is now becoming extremely urgent. We do not need to new license key as the version we are running (v3.3) and the install will not support an update without a re-design of the site.
We need to have this fixed ASAP. Please advise.
