JS Error – win.send_to_editor is not a function

Hi,

When inserting a download via the shortcode popup, adding the first one is absolutely fine with no issues at all. Re-opening the window though to add a second one creates a JS error when clicking insert.

“win.send_to_editor is not a function”

Using WordPress 3.7, with the plugin version 2.5.3 from the WP repository.

Any help / advise?
