It appears all upload above 1MB is corrupt

Please can someone help out here. It appears all uploads above 1MB appears corrupt at download. What could be wrong on my website please.

Adjusted and working fine now. But I see you are using a very old version. We strongly suggest your to update your copy to v2.6.93 or v2.7 from here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-download-manager-v2-7-0/ . We have fixed some security issue in latest version of wpdm.

Please how do i verify that its been resolved, because i just uploaded a 1.4mb pdf file and yet it says corrupt or damaged on download. Please see this link http://apwen.org/resources/?download=19
