Hello,
We currently use a pro licence. However, this was due to auto-renew yesterday.
I have received an email with invoice and a receipt which states payment has been made. However, when I log into the account on the web it shows the licence expired? It also shows as expired on our WordPress site
Please can you advise? I can provide screenshots if needed?
