Issue with master download link on the post archive page is not prompting popup

The issue with the master download link on the post archive page is not prompting a pop-up to give the master download link. It shows a hash link with no prompt. but while inspecting the purple download icon, you can see the URL behind it.

We are using version 3.3.27.

Hello Chris Carpenter,

Hope you are well. The issue has been fixed in 3.3.27 version. Please kindly clear your site cache. It can have also a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue. Please kindly check and let me know.
