Issue with Download Traffic on My Site

I’m having an issue with tracking download traffic on my site using WP Download Manager. The download counts aren’t updating, even though traffic tracking is enabled in the settings. I’m using the latest version of the plugin, and despite recent downloads, the stats remain stagnant. I’ve also cleared the cache, but that didn’t help. Has anyone else run into this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix the tracking problem on my site? Appreciate any help!
