I bought the DL Manager special pack more than a year ago. For several months I’ve been unable to update DL Manager. I get “update package not found” error. I’ve been super busy and unable to troubleshoot an installation problem because I’ve been launching several other websites. I haven’t had any issue updating the add-ons that I use.
Then, today, I had a red message on my plugins page that my support AND update period had expired. (I did not know I had a limited update period??). When I clicked on the link to renew to see what that’s going to cost, I get a page not found error on your site.
When I try to post about it, I get a message that I no longer have access to the pro forum, but no option to upgrade my support. So I’m here posting on the free forum.
I get that this isn’t the right spot really for me to ask these questions, but there’s not another place since there aren’t any general email support links and I can’t get access to the pro forum plus I keep running into “page not found” on the site.
