Is it possible to detect newly uploaded files?

Good day,

I’m trying to create another functionality which email users for every newly created/attached files per package? Is it possible? If yes, can someone give an advise about the possibility of this module?

When you lock a download using email lock, all collected email through lock are listed as your subscribers to notify them about the package later. You can check on WPDM addons , which provides options for users to be a subscriber.
