I have my IP Addresses in my History list in the Downloads - History page list but when I Export the history, the resulting csv file does not contain the IP Addresses. I tried to look through Settings to see if there is a way to add that column to the Export but couldn’t find anything. Please advise.

It could be removed because of the privacy issue of IP.
However, I have modified download-manager\src\Admin\Menu\stats.php
You can make a backup of that file. If the plugin is updated, you can replace the file to get the IPs back.

You could be able to view the php file from ftp or cpanel access or a by a plugin called file manager. I have just installed the plugin in your wordpress site to quick access backend.
The full directory is wp-content\plugins\download-manager\src\Admin\Menu\stats.php
