all of our download links do not work anymore since an update. tried everything. cleared the cache and stuff. need help.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you are not using the latest version 3.2.18? If not then please update your copy and then clear all cache.
Now, it should work fine, it not, please go to WPDM privacy settings and select DB as temp storage by following this.
Also, try this too as well.
If still, the problem exists then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

I got the latest Version 3.2.18.
I changed the DB as temp storage, but it changes back everytime I refresh the page. Yes, I saved the settings before.
I don’t have the setting option for private download usage limit in my backend like in the 2nd screenshot.
