Hi everyone, few days ago i noticed that the plugin stopped to work properly on my website, so i updated it, but nothing changed, when i click on a download (either created on the old or on the new version) after i insert the password, it looks like he redirects me, but on the end of the loading, a red warning appears (in italian) “— Link per il download non valido —” translated it’s “The link to download is not valid”, here is the screenshot.
I already checked the host status and it’s all up to date and nothing in my envrionment should prevent the plugin to work properly.
What can i do?

is there any solution to this problem? We experience the same problems on our homepage without any changes to the system.
Even uploading a new file doesn’t change anything.
