internal server error after clicking download

I see in the forum that some others has encountered the same issue, but you never shared how to fix it, so I need to ask you again about the solution.

Problem Solved…
I don’t know exactly what was that make it work, but I did this two things:
changed the php version from 5.2.29 to 5.6.13 (this is what I can choose from mine provider)
change the permission of the download folder from 777 to 644
