Hi,
I am building a website for a client who already has an instamojo account operational and currently being used on another website.
If I buy the instamojo addon and put it into the current site can the client use the same instamojo account for this website too?

For this please check instamojo website/suport. If they support multiple websites with one account, you will be able to use that account in this website with WPDM too.
