In PAGES, I click on the DOWNLOAD MANAGER icon and a popup appears. Then I get 2 issues:
1) I am then unable to click on any of the tabs – Insert Category, Other Shortcodes, Other – when I do, nothing happens
2) Also, there is no submit button on the INSERT PACKAGE page, so I can click on a folder/file but then I am unable to select/insert my selection into the page.
I am using the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of the Download Manager plugin.

If possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
However, it will very cooperative if you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.
