Improve appearance of Package Lists

I get feedback constantly that it isn’t pretty or helpful that the package lists display folders with a generic list image. Is there a way to have the list pull the latest featured image from the package in the list or do a grid image of featured images in the list?

Sorry for my delayed response! Yes, I’m specifically referring to screenshot 2. It would be helpful to have imagery display rather than the large box with horizontal lines.
