IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD FILES

Hello,
On the website the https://hseconsulting.it/ months ago I installed DOWNLOAD MANAGER (free version) plugin.
It has worked perfectly so far.
But when yesterday I tryed to download a file from the site, I was blocked by an alert message (SEE THE IMAGE ATTACHED).
I downloaded the site and installed it locally: it works perfectly.
Do you have any suggestions to solve this huge problem?

I tested some downloads in your link. All worked fine in my test. Could you please send me a link where you have the download issue?

Thanks for the reply. I contacted my service provider and the problem was their latest server upgrade!
