Image Caching in plugins/download-manager/cache

My problem is the thumbnails of my downloads don’t show and the designated cache location in plugins/donload-manager/cache folder has nothing, i don’t know what it is i’m doing wrong but ive tried everything i could find, i need urgent help

Please check if the dir /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/cache/ is not writable.

Also pagination doesn’t show any numbers, just a bar with blue to highlight the current page pagination you’re on
