those are not error actually, disable debug mode or notice display from your server.

then you warrant that works with the latest version of wordpress?
The plugin during activation generated 292 characters of unexpected output. If you see a message “headers already sent”, problems with feed or other types of problems, try to disable or remove the plugin.

yes, you see that message for the notices, but that can be resolved by disabling notice display or disabling debug mode in WordPress.
