I bought this plugin Mar 26, 2022 but now when I login intoo my account I don’t see files for download. When I enter my order ID it says The order is already linked to an account! but nothing changes. Can you please help?

One more thing, is there any way to cancel auto renew? Next purchace will do my client.

Thank you for writing back to us.
Please send an order note from the order details page to cancel the auto-renewal.
However, if you cancel the auto-renewal and when your current validity period is over, you will be unable to get the future update which will contain future compatibility, security updates, and new features.

Thanks Humayon, I will do that. But let me know why can’t have updates for full year? I paid for one year period, only next billing cycle should be canceled and site owner will take from that date. Please if you can explain.

Let me clarify, you will receive all updates for your currently active billing cycle and if you cancel the next/upcoming billing cycle then you won’t be able to receive the plugin update for that particular billing cycle.
