I think it is the most important feature for a dowload plugin. It is a shame that Download Manager and especially its Pro version doesn’t support this yet.
It is time for HTML 5 and its modern features. With chunk upload support, the file uploaded by divided into chunks. With it the PHP limits are no more important. Even shared hosting users can enjoy large and stable uploads.
