I created my own template and put it in /plugins/download-manager/Package/views/link-templates/my-template.php

Is there a location I can use in the parent theme or child theme so that when I update the plugin, the custom template is not overwritten/lost?

Thanks!

Thank you – that worked great. I went straight to step 3 and added the appropriate folders in the theme like:

/plugins/download-manager/Package/views/link-templates/my-template.php

…becomes…

/themes/my-child-theme/download-manager/link-templates/my-template.php
