How to unlink the download page so that people won’t be able to view the exact page? I just wanted them to download the file directly. In the page template settings, I selected the “Post Content” option

However, when I added the code to the page the text “Module 1 Document” is still clickable and it redirects to the download page.

You have to remove the [page_url], [page_link] from the link template to remove the details page link. A custom link template is required for that. Clone the template you are using now and then replace [page_link] with [title]

In case of the free version, use the link template “Default Template”. Use TinyMCE button plugin ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ ) or Gutenberg Block plugin ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/gutenberg-blocks/ ) to generate package shortcode/block where you will have some visual options to generate the shortcode/block with the proper link template.
