How to remove Prev and Next links on download page?

Hi,
They are coming from your theme. You need to edit the theme template for that.
#1. Create a copy of single.php and name it single-wpdmpro.php
#2. Remove the navigation link functions from single-wpdmpro.php

Based on your theme those links might come from a different place. Maybe it is calling a function to display those links. However, you can also use custom css to hide those link. Send me the download page URL. I will suggest the required CSS.
