Today I implemented Download Manager on my website which is related to law articles.
I have two option (after a user agrees to terms and conditions and reCAPTCHA.)
1) The PDF automatically download.
2) The PDF opens in the same tab.
I want to know how do I enable the setting for the PDFs to open in a new tab.

I made this setting but its open up in the same tab. Is there an solution to open it in another browser tab?

You can also use SELECT FROM MEDIA LIBRARY option uploading files. it may also help you. let me know.
