How E-mail Lock works??

We’re thinking of purchasing your pro plugin for a client. One question that we have is how “email lock” works.
Can the users download other files without inputting their email after they’ve given their e-mail address once?
If e-mail lock can’t do that, is there another way to setup your plugin to do this?
