How do you set up category listings?

Hi, I have a large number of files I need to upload and ideally I want them to show in a list form that then I can click on to get to each individual downloadable item. Currently I can only seem to get them to upload one by one as individual items.
And this takes up too much room.

Is there a way to showcase them as a listing?

I tried using a Gravity Directory plugin and this is great but I can’t work out how to add in your downloads to these

would be good to get them both together
