How do I get the WPDM plugin to upload and store the files to the “ default ” Media Library folder in WordPress ?

We have a “PDF Indexing” plugin that will only index the files if they are in the “ default ” Media Library folder in WordPress.

Hi,

It uploaded the files on download-manager-files folder. There no option to change it from settings.
But you can always bulk upload your package files in the upload default directory then select the files for the specific package.
Hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks

Thanks Hasibul.

But the issue is that I would have manually link each and every file and also insert all the meta data such as “file size” and “file version” from the default WP Media Library into the Download Manager.

I have about 200 or more files.

Is there a way to link them in bulk ?

Hi,

sorry for late reply. Yes, you can make CSV file out of that, and use the pro version bulk import or CSV importer to import the files in download manager.

Thanks
