How can i add my pro download manger to my account so i can access the pro forums as we have a major problem with the software and at the moment no one can download anything from our website which is bad.
Please help as we need to resolve the issue and i can not access the pro support forums and your Live support is always offline.

I done this yesterday morning and no response, we need to sort out our website as no one can download anything from it at the moment which is not good! and we are getting very close to removing this software and trying a different one as there seems to be little customer support, which we can not afford.
