History Filters Not working

I am using the the free version of the plugin but the history filters don’t work in the wordpress dashboard. eWhen you type something in it just says “the results could not be loaded”.

Also on exporting the data it used the user ID number not the name so it would need each users ID number looking up and then would need to be cross referenced to know which user it was which makes the whole thing too complicated.

Please could you offer any help in fixing these issues?

Hello – the filtering in the dashboard is now fixed following the recent plugin update. Thank you.

However the export is not showing the filtered data or the user name. I would like to be able to fix this if possible.

(I wasn’t sure from your reply if you are still looking into it or you were referring to the plugin update.)

Hi Sarah,
Unfortunately, the requested feature is not currently available.
​But it’s a great idea. I have forwarded it as a feature request to our core development team. I’ll discuss this feature with my team and make it available with the coming version.
