Hiding download pdf files from website search

I am using Download manager to add PDF safety data sheet downloads to each product page on my website. Is there a way I can stop these datasheets from appearing on my website when searching and make it possible that they can only be found once on the specific product page?

The way it is at the minute can be very confusing for a customer as when they are searching for a product on the websites search bar they are being shown the associated pdf downloads apposed to the specific product. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Replace this 'exclude_from_search' ► (bool)get_option('__wpdm_exclude_from_search', false), using the following code,

'exclude_from_search' ► (bool)get_option('__wpdm_exclude_from_search', true),

in /download-manager/download-manager.php file line 180. That should exclude downloads from the search result.

You can go to the Dashboard PLugins Editor page to edit the plugin file. Or use FTP to edit the file. If you need help with this send login info in private reply. I will add the code for you.
