Hide Category Column - WordPress Download Manager

I have a copy of the free version currently installed on a dev site (see screenshot).
I dont use categories since there are only a few downloads. Is there any way I can get rid of that column?

Hi,
Sorry this feature is not available. You need to customize directly from the code.
However, In pro version you can customize the templates from front end.
