HELP: Since update newly created files no longer download.

When i click on Add New File it returns a blank page which says “Created”.
I then have to go into Manage where a blank entry is waiting.
Going through the process to completion. I input the shortcode into my post. The download link returns an error (it used to work successfully)

Has anyone managed to find a solution to this? I am having the same problem – my download link returns an error and it used to work fine.
