I just install Plugin and i cant see setting under “Misc Settings” its just empty

Hello Thank for your respond , no when i downgraded to lowest there is option visible and even i cant add new item under client perches . client was make perches and but item didn’t add to his account and empty , even i cant add manual . please check screenshot

However, sometimes cache plugin causes the issue. In this case I would suggest to clear the cache and deactivate cache plugin and check if the issue still persists,
If still the issue persists, you can check for other plugin conflicts. Just deactivate and other plugins except wpdm and premium package then activate one by one and check if the issue persists.
Also I found that you are using double download manager, just delete all and re install it from add plugin.
what did you mean by double Download manager ?
Sorry i just removed old version of download manager .. now you can check , and i explan the issue i having using loom above
UPDATE : i been downgraded to https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpdm-premium-packages/advanced/ to 5.0.5 and now i can able to add or remove items in customer invoice and product
