I have been experiencing the error for three days now anyone who has encountered this??

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please let me know which version of WPDM and WP you are using, and which page and what scenario the error is coming ? Please kindly check and let me know.

Unfortunately I can’t login to the site due to that error is there any other way to know the plugin version?
The version is 3.3.38
If you have hosting access of your site, you can rename the plugin from wp-content > plugins > download-manager folder, thus the issue may got disappear. And the version you can check from WP Admin > Plugins section . The latest version of WPDM Free version is now 3.3.40. Please kindly check and let me know.
