Half of download link icon displaying

In a page I have the category shortcode. This lists all the files in that category. When listing the downloads it only shows the top half of the download link icon. I tried changing the icon from the default to see if that would help. Still only shows top half of the new download link icon.

Another issue I noticed is there are no paragraph breaks in the description of the file. Even though there are paragraph breaks in the description of the file details under the admin side, when users view the file description it has all the paragraphs together as if there were no paragraph breaks.
