It would be great if you could integrate with Gravity forms instead of the custom form solution you have at the moment. Gravity forms is much more feature rich.
We have http://liveform.org/ now and we are continuously adding new features in liveform and within 2014, it wil be the best form solution available in the internet. Also who already have purchase wpdm pro add-on or microform form builder add-on, they will get liveforms free as a gift, and for others who are using wpdm pro , liveform has 30% discount for them 🙂
