We are using WPDM to create and manage the downloads on our site, and MonsterInsights to link it to Google Analytics. With MonsterInsights set up, GA should be tracking the downloads of PDFs, ZIP files, etc as events. However, downloads created with WPDM are not being tracked in GA. When editing the package on the site it shows hundreds of downloads in the Download Count in Package Settings, but no events are captured on GA.
Is there an integration step that we are missing or are these two plugins just not compatible with one another?
We are currently using Version 7.12.2 of MonsterInsights and Version 5.1.20 of WPDM.
Sorry for late reply. It has to look through how MonsterInsights plugin has been set up and it’s settings. for making compatible with each other.
