Getting Error Message but no idea why?

I have uploaded a few files to my website and have a problem with just one of them.

I have tried re-uploading the file, and have tested the file on both Mac and Windows and there are no problems opening it, all of the other files are OK and the download links show up correctly.

There is no real error message and the dashboard side of the file manager does not show any hints as to why this is failing.

Can anyone suggest anything?

It is related to package permission. Please check the allow access option in package settings.
