Getting access to the Pro forum

I have purchased the pro version but cannot get access to the forum. My invoice ID is not taking when I tried to register. I have also attempted to register with other user names but cannot regain access via the forgot password. Each time it will not allow me to log in even after changing the password.

Please advise me where to go next, perhaps email me with the email address on this user account so we can discuss more. I emailed the account given in my paypal statement but have not received any response.
