Garbled download files

Hi,
I am unable to download new or wxisting files from WP download manage without getting garbled characters istead of fonts. ( see attached.) I am using download manager free version 2.9.64 and wordpress version 4.9.2. Thanks,

Hello, I have the same problem on my website http://www.edytazajac.pl
Users can not download any file from it. This is very important for me because a lot of things on my blog is for my readers to download.
What can I do to fix this problem?
